Frequently Asked Questions

What Are Your Payment Terms?

We require a $99 non-refundable deposit to lock in your date, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your event. We also have the option for all our couples to pay in instalments.

How Do I Make A Booking?

You can make your booking online, requesting a quote, or over the phone. Our Customer Service team is here to help you with any answers Mon-Sat 10am till 10pm.

Can I Change My Package?

Absolutely!  All we require is a $99 deposit to lock in your date with us, and you can choose from any of our packages at any stage leading up to your wedding. If you originally book a 6 hour photography package and wish to change to 8 hours we just move you up one package. The pricing will remain the same as per your quote which can be accessed at any time via your client portal.

Do You Have Insurance?

Yes! All photographers and videographers are required to hold insurance in order to cover your day. We hold $20 Million public Liability Insurance and we provide all the details to your venue when we start to plan out your wedding shoot. If you or your venue requires a copy of our certificate, please let us know.

Do You Charge Travel Fees?

Travel is charged from the closest available studio to the place where coverage starts, and from the place where your coverage ends back to the clost studio location.

All travel is included in our Master packages, but if you are lookig at booking a Classic or Budget package, the first 50KM (return trip) is included in your package price. We then charge $0.75 cents per KM (return trip) to cover your teams travel costs and time.

In addition, if your event is over 2 hours drive from where your coverage concludes and your team member is not able to return to our studio before Midnight we will charge an additional $155 per person to cover one nights accommodation and allowances, and if your event is 3 or more hours from our closest available studio we charge an additional $300 per person to cover 2 nights accommodation and their allowances.

What Happens If My Photographer is Ill On Our Day?

As a larger company, we’ve got you covered. We always roster additional teams to be on standby incase someone is ill, has an accident, or can’t attend your day due to family reasons.

We also have a customer support team available in the office to co-ordinate and liaise with all our staff during your day.

How Many Weddings Have You Covered?

We’re very proud to be Australia’s most booked Wedding Photography & Videography Studio and on average cover 3500 weddings every year. That’s around 80 every week.

Every member of our Photo and Video team (all 218 of them) have to be certified by us to ensure they meet our company standards and are required to carry all the equipment required to capture your wedding day correctly in any situation.

When Do I Get My Photos and Films?

If you book a Budget package you will receive your photos and films within 4-6 weeks. Our Classic Packages include 21 day turnaround, and our Master Packages include 10 Day turnaround.

You can purchase faster turnaround times seperately if you would like your Photos and Films made available to you faster.

All times are business days, taken from the Thursday following your wedding, and your booking must be fully paid before your photos and films are able to be downloaded.

Do You Film Our Ceremony + Speeches in Full?

Yes! If included in your package, your ceremony and speeches are filmed in full and are edited to include the digital audio.

Our Ceremony & Formalities films are edited which is different from a LIVE or RAW version.

Can I Pick Which Photos You Edit?

Absolutely!  Once we have captured your day, we’ll add your RAW photos as captured on your day to your gallery for you to pick your favourites that we will edit and colour correct for you.

How Many Photos Will I Receive?

The number of photos you receive from your wedding day will depend on the weather, the timeline of your day, the amount of time spent travelling between locations, and the different events you have planned.

As a general rule, you’ll receive 50-80 fully edited and different photos per hour of coverage. Additional edited photos can be purchased seperately.

Have We Worked At Your Venue?

Possibly but to a professional it really doesn’t matter. We are all trained to take a quick look at any location and sum up what we need to do and get on with the job. If we ahve not worked at your venue before, we’ll always scope it out before your day so that your team is familier with all the best places to get the best shots. Our support team monitors all our staff during your wedding day, and alwyas ready to offer a helping hand if required.

All our teams are connected to our office via our staff app so we can offer instant support if required.
