Our skilled Videographers work discreetly throughout your wedding day, blending seamlessly with the festivities to capture every precious moment. EDITING:
All Documentary Films can be added to your package and are optional. These films are edited in chronological order and can be 60-90 minutes in length.
AUDIO:
Our Documentary Films include natural audio instead of the main formalities such as the Ceremony, Speeches and Bridal Waltz.
DELIVERY:
All our Raw Footage & Films are delivered via Digital Download plus we include a 1 Year Hosting plus Backup of all mastered copies.

Our Documentary Films are longer version which captures the candidness of your wedding day in an unscripted manner. We document the events and events as they unfold naturally providing you with a film that you will want to revisit for years to come.
Some aspects of each Documentary Film may differ on the following:
- Different coverage hours.
- Length of main formalities such as Ceremony, Speeches etc. and number of Videographers on the day.
- Each wedding’s unique style and what is captured on the day such as Getting Ready, Photo Shoot and other formalities.
We certify and manage all of our Videographers to make sure that every one of our shoots and films is created in the same, consistent style and lives up to our standard and qulity that we are reknown for.
During your planning process, our WeddingFlix Planner will ensure that we prepare a timeline, so our Videographer will document the formalities that you would like captured the most and in their entirety.
What Is A Documentary Film?
A Documentary Film can be added to your package. These films are more for couples that like to view their Wedding Day as it happened, capturing genuine moments and interactions without interrupting or directing the couple or their guests.
How Long Are The Documentary Films?
This will depend on the length of formalities and what footage is captured. Most Documentary Films range from 60-90 minutes in length.
Is The Documentary Film Edited?
Sort of! Documentary Films are slightly edited and the only parts that are synched to audio and edited in full are the Ceremony, Entrance, Cake Cutting, Bridal Waltz, Bouquet Toss plus any other formalities you have asked us to film. All other parts such as Getting Ready, Photo Shoot etc. are added in chronological order with natural audio.
Is Filming A Documentary Film Unobtrusive?
Absolutely! What makes WeddingFlix different is that we want to capture your personalities during the day. We avoid staged scenes or overly posed shots, so we can capture the real moments as they naturally occur.
Do We Have To Wear A Lapel Mic All Day?
We don’t make you wear a mic all day. The only parts we require ausio are for your Full Ceremony and Speeches. Any other part of your day is captured with natural audio and synched to the footage.
How Do We Book You?
Contact us our get your quote using the price list above to check our availability for your day. We’ll then be in contact to have a chat to make sure we’re a good fit. If you are ready to book after that, you accept your quote, pay your $495 deposit, and sign our agreement. Once all done, you’re officially booked! 50% of the remaining balabce is due 14 days before your wedding with the remaining balance due within 30 days following your wedding.
